TED (Technology, Entertainment and Design) is a global set of conferences owned by the private non-profit Sapling Foundation, formed to disseminate “ideas worth spreading.”. They address an increasingly wide range of topics within the research and practice of science and culture. The speakers are given a maximum of 18 minutes to present their ideas in the most innovative and engaging ways they can. TED and Cognitive Science has been opened. Even though there are now a few videos in the session, it will be more and more videos posted.
A project called See Through 3D Desktop is introduced in this aricle. Jin-ha.Lee, a member of the Media laboratory in Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has been involved in this project for 3 months as an internship in Microsoft Research and he introduces his project and his colleague through a youtube video in this article.
