MRtrix: MR tractography including crossing fibres (http://www.brain.org.au/software/index.html)

  • MR tractography using constrained spherical deconvolution (CSD) and probabilistic streamlines

  • Useful to drastically improve the spatial resolution of the fiber tracks given the standard diffusion-weighted images compared to the conventional diffusion-tensor based tractography
